i have to say discrimination and hate, because at my age right now i see it A LOT especially at school. i feel really strong about bullying and stuff.. thats probably why i'm so sensitive to ppl saying rude comments on f&k sometimes.

Yeah...I would have to agree with you...You still see a lot of discrimination against others and hatred in schools...Outside of school too in life you see it also...Prob not as much but it's still happening...It's to bad people can't be respectful towards one another no matter what your background or color...Don't judge a book by it's cover is the famous saying...

Not too many of us old people hanging out here you know. Anyway, the biggest challenge of your generation is that fact most of you think that the world should be handed to you instead of being earned. The fact the you grew up with technology and never realized how hard things really are. I have a younger brother and sister and their perception of life and what this world has to offer are warped. Nintendo, TV, Internet, calculators, Doom, etc. Most kids can't even interact properly in a social gathering. Sorry, but our parents kind of fucked everything up for us. They enjoyed life and raped this world for a while. We have to deal with the fallout of all the crap that they tried to do without foresight as to what damage it may have caused. Of course I am speaking generally here, there are exceptions to the rule. I'm just bitter. Last edited by MC Hammered; Jan 07, 02 at 01:56 AM. |

i would have to say protecting the environment.
however another one you didn't mention is empowering each individual to take control of his or her life...not holding others or society responsible for the actions of the individual. i don't think this generation will be remembered for its collective movements. that is why i think we need transformation on an individual level. -lauren |

NOT BEING OPEN MINDED!!!!
If our stupid world would just be more open minded and try to see things from other ppl's point of view and stop thinking of our selfs ect ect... then we souldnt have most the stupid closed minded problems we have today!
