Calling some one a crack head/sketch are about the lamest no balls insults you can give. What does it really mean to call some one a crack head or sketchy. I call my friends a crack head when they disorganized, or not making sense. No biggy. Some one is sketchy if they are burnt out after a party and can not think clear. No biggy again.

But you can also mean a lot of things by calling some one a crack head sketchy. Crack head could be ether some one really does crack cocaine, or even meth (kiddy crack). If you where some one like that then the loose connotation is that you cheat, steal or you brain is not working. Some that's sketchy could be looked as some one that capable of really dishonest or actions harmfully actions.

See how safe it is to you these insults are but yet see what you might also be implying. It's lame to imply just because some one is tried that they could steal you wallet... but it's so safe to slander people like this, because it make for easy back pedaling.
