That is a little video-editor job. You need to find someone who has a computer that can read analog video, probably through a TV card or other device like an external USB conversion device, along with the existing sound.
Then they would edit the video (remove unwanted segments) and overlay new music, and add titles maybe. And at the end write out the finished video to a CD or DVD. It can be a lot more work than you might expect, especially for a newbie. If you have access to a good computer it can be done. Maybe a film student or media student you know? |

i have an Sony Handyman vid. camera, think it's an 8mm. i have a audio and video output on my cam and a reuglar double cable going into the back of my computer Audio In and Video In. you'll most likely need some sort of software i don't which software can do stuff like that at a cheap price, but i have a program called Pinnicale Studio 8 which lets me take recoreded stuff and put it on my computer with sound then edit it. cut and splicing, add titles and background, different fades if you want. i'm half-ass knowledgeable about this stuff so if you need help you can ask me but i'm can't gaurantee that i'll have an answer or even a right answer.

I charge $5 set up fee pertape, $10 hour, $2.5 per zone cut if needed. All video will be returned in meg2, huffyuv, or DivX.
Audio will be recorded at 24bit, I can ether leave the audio raw or do a noise print reduction, then normalize to -20db rms. |
