I was going to suggest you sign up for ADSL and get one for free (then cancel the service...), but it's past the deadline I think.

Go to the van.forsale newsgroup. I saw a few of them for sale there.

If you want a good cam for a good price keep a lookout for the Intel Deluxe Web Cam (now known as Intel Home PC Cam). The old models are cheap and FutureShop and other places were getting rid of them. FS had a deal where if you bought 2 it worked out to be $48 a piece. The cam is worth about $120.

If I see a cheap deal, i'll post it.
