PHIL Question
I just had a quiz. It was alright, this question was tricky:
To Descartes, it does not follow that it seems to me that i am in a lecture hall that i am in a lecture hall, but it does follow that i am in a lecture hall that it seems to be that I am in a lecture hall... true or false? |

its like the brain in the vat scenario... how are we to know that we aren't braings in vats, experience the world through computer instruction.
As for the question, possibly true? does not follow, seems to be, i am in lecture hall does follow, i am in lecture hall, seems to be premise logically leads to the conclusion? i dunno, im not a philosophy genius.. |
