The Chinese New Year or 'Spring Festival' is the biggest, most important festival in Chinese culture. At the Garden, we host an annual public celebration of the Chinese New Year with music, dance, martial arts demonstrations, lucky red packets, and hands-on traditional crafts and much more for the whole family from 10am-4:30pm. The Chinatown Parade is at 12 noon. Don't miss out on the big, colorful parade as it winds past the Garden and through Vancouver's Chinatown. Everyone welcome; Ticket price is by donation.
