even i lost interest half way through the lockout. more like fedup that they were playing figures around and acting like kids bettmen and goodnow.
they hate each other so much they never moved off their ideal C.B.A agreements *NO SALARY CAP and NO LINKAGE TO REVENUE* yet when it becomes crunch time thats when they finally decide to be reasonable but by than it was far to late to negotiate. I mean common they could have put their petty issues about each other behind them, but than again these two really ain't about the game. Its all hockey economics 101 for them. |

^ yea i mean hell they already prepared years before this season began. That in itself is kinda sad. To think they already knew this was coming yet, barely even met in the past years.
Not even this year did they start really talking till late january. I'm sorry but if you knew it was gonna be tough to agree on something why didn't they start early, and also why did they hold out on their difference like the NHLPA agreeing to a 49 million cap. in the end of the coarse all the above doesn't really matter cause for now hockey is dead to us. Game over 2004/2005 season. hopefully all this time from now including the summer something can be worked out. p.s: AXE BETTMAN and AXE GOODENOW PLEASE!! their like kids with mo ney and suits. |

this lockout shit made my life hell, not for the loss of the game, but for the endless talk about it every night (yet i watched a lot of it). ive just been waiting for them to kill it for months though, enoughs enough.
and then with the players somewhat caving the last couple days i thought it was gonna be saved, those fuckers tricked me again. |
