Occasionally I still drink earl grey tea or green tea
The bad headaches you get from caffiene withdrawal usually go away within 2-3 days. It's pretty crazy, it's easier for me to get up and go now without it. To say I haven't been tempted to have some wouldn't be entirely true :p |

Wake up and take a multivitamin with ginseng and eat a healthy sensible breakfast (like whole wheat toast with jam and some oatmeal) and drink lots of water.. the passing out in the middle of the day deal could have a lot to do with you not getting enough water! |

(considering I work for a coffee shop I think this is pretty impressive) Myra: when Lent is over I got a bag of Shade Grown Mexico waiting for you, it'll go perfect with some hot cross buns easter morning ;) |

I was drinking a mean combination of about 2-3 cokes, 3 cups of coffee an one energy drink (red bull or monster, but the red bull wasn't enough, and the monster made me, well, an angry, jumpy, insult-y monster) every day. Functioning didn't work without caffeine. Using a combination of cans of coke and mug rootbeer, I've weened myself down to one can of coke a day. I'm kinda proud, but can't wait to drink none.
On a sidenote, anyone read the National Geographic Article "Why We Love Caffeine"? |
