There'a a lot of white collar criminals (big time swindlers) who move to the Cayman Islands where they can escape prosecution.

ya, if i was to go to somewhere beachlife oriented to live, it sure as hell would not be hawaii...or the caymens.
there are a lot of nicer places in the world to live for a year that are cheaper, more diverse and beautiful, and attract less luggage with wheels. |

been to maui its really nice there but its pretty laid back not alot of nightlife, its mostly families vacationing, newly weds/young couples, or retired couples. but mabey thats just where i was staying. plus everything is super expencive.
