How racist this american lady is...
some of you know me and know that i work at stream. well today im talking to this lady, that i got 4 times in a row for some reason, and her CD delivery is late. well i track it and its supposed to be there today by fedex. she then tells me her fedex sucks, and that they just honk the horn and if you dont come out they drive away, so she then say "its because shes black", what am i supposed to say to her after she says that?

man, its like everytime u guyz have a bad experience with someone who is american, u jus go blame it on the fact that their american.. like wut, you dont have racist people in CANADA? yeah FUCKING right. i've experienced it FIRST HAND.... instead of putting "how racist americans really are...." put "how racist this american lady was...." cuz dude. it makes me feel like ur tryin ta say we are all like that and that is bullshit. dont get me wrong here, im not trying to say there isnt racism.. im not even trying to say we dont have alot, cuz we do... my point is SO DOES EVERYONE. <3

In his defense, while I do agree with the mass stereotyping being wrong, there is a higher concentration of hardcore racists in the US as compared to Canada.
Sure you can go to Alberta and run into some rednecks but as a general rule Canada is known to be one of the most tolerant and multi-cultural societies in the world. I'd venture to say that the majority of white supremacist groups originate in the US too. All you have to do is take a look at the midwest states and the south to see some of the racial profiling, degradation, and hatred that still goes on today. Did you know that the state of Idaho has the highest concentration of KKK members in the world? Scary thought.... It's sad that in this day and age that we, as a culture, still can't embrace the idea of accepting people for who they are.... I mean chances are it will never stop obviously. Don't you worry Ashes.... I don't think you're a racist... but I bet you're like smelly or something. If there's one thing I know, ALL AMERICANS ARE SMELLY! and yeah i concur there is MAD racism in the south... because that's how its been since the start, and well... i guess things jus move slower down there. They jus haven't got hip to the acceptance groove just yet... they will, but it will take time...

see the whole thing about it is... THE COPS there are corrupt too... so these cops find me, with my doob, and they will do whatever they see fit... its not exactly the "justice" system down there... i've had friends who've gotten fucked with BAD.

Racism exists everywhere. Most of the time, the behaviour or the stereotypes is passed down from family. You can't really avoid it. I think everyone, to some extent, has racist or stereotypical opinions on everyone they know.
