anyone work at telus?

i was curious if there was anyway to transfer my existing telus plan to a newer phone. but the thing is the phone isnt mine. i know if i go to telus they will tell me no, there is no way. but i want to know if someone who works at telus would be able to do that behind the counter. just curious if it can be done or not.
