If this is what Ive got to look forward to,
aint no use in sticking around.
Why hurt so badly as a couple,when I can hurt myself twice as badly solo style...and do it on a much grander scale and not be tainted with guilt and denial.

If this is what Ive got to look forward to,
I better count my lucky stars,
Hope for the best yet prepare myself for the worst;
as I quiver whilst being defiled.

If this is what ive got to look forward to,
Id much rather look the other way,
and miss what could have been and be happy with what has come my way.

If this is what we`ve got to look forward to,lets stay forvere sleeping,and dream about what it should be like instead of what its needing.
