I do not understand why I make a pretty little picture that is the size it should be and so on continues to produce this message when I try to upload it

"The uploaded file is not a valid GIF or JPG file. Please ensure that it is and try again."


That tells me nothing.

You have to change it from a .bit to a .jpg.

Just resave it as a .jpg
