Anti - catholic thread
i dont want to disshonour the pope, only speek my mind. i respect him.
but.. organized religous devotion, and modern medical sciences both failed to keep the pope healthy and alive.... if its not good enough for the pope, its not good enough for me... george burns lived a good long life, mabey its something to do with the booze and cigars?? i decided to make a new thread as to leave the thread anounceing the tradgity positive and respectful. please let me know if even this is uncalled for? |

haha you're fucking stupid man
he died an old man. he was just a spiritual leader not a god. if you're gonna start with the anti catholic stuff you might as well try coming up with things like him being responsible for the massive aids epidemic in senegal. hahaha try being 84 and healthy. |

Do you seriously believe what you just wrote? He lived to be 84! With parkinsons! He survived an assassination attempt 15 years ago (HE WAS FUCKING SHOT WHEN HE WAS LIKE 70 YEARS OLD AND LIVED). Modern medicine isn't meant to make people immortal, it's meant to help people live fuller lives. The pope had the best medical treatment, but it was his time to go. God called him back to heaven. I used to be an altergirl and went to catholic school for six years, so I know what he did for people. He didn't just help the one billion catholics he lead, he also helped muslims and jews. He was respected by members of all religions and spiritual beliefs. I don't agree with a huge number of the church's teachings, but I have a lot of respect for this man who managed to come out of a communist country like poland that pretty much shunned organized religion, to become the leader of one of the world's largest religions. ps. fuck you for being so ignorant |

Absolutely nothing. There are hundreds of variations of the christian cross, the swasticka being one of them. The one most of of us see is the Roman Catholic Cross, but it's not uncommon to see other styles of crosses developed in various localities throughout the world.
But I'm left wondering how this thread lives up to its name; how is this anti-catholic? Your writing makes as much sense to me as calculus. |
