I think what you meant to say was that that is only done by the good ole USA - they do it to every country, don't you worry. I'm sure there are some other countries, i.e the UK, that do it as well, but not to the extent they do.

EDIT - on further research, it's not the big grey one but is just south (under the big grey one) on the map, it's sort of hidden in the trees but I was able to match the dock with regular pictures. Actually the big grey building might be part of the estate too.
