Driving record!

Ok when you receive a major ticket, does it not come into affect on your driving record until a Dispute hearing has been heard of the 30 day limit reached? As i never got my full license class 5, and i cannot receive anymore tickets in my current license. I have a test set for this tuesday, ticket(s) were received last night.

the tickets dont hit your record til you either pay it... or are found guilty in court

but i can't get my full license without paying the ticket? so how is this gonna work? god dammit! i've never gotten a speeding ticket before!! i dont even think i was speeding he just wanted to own me with some expensive tickets.. and i need to be saving money not paying it off on stupid tickets! ugh.. im screwed

Dispute the tickets. You can still take your test and get your class 5.
You'd better hope you pass though, otherwise you're hooped and your lisence is going to get jacked for a month.

The same thing happened to me, I took the class 5 test while I was in the process of a dispute - I still lost the dispute and had to pay BUT my lisence didn't get suspended.
