i want a boob job, not implants, just nicer tits. braces would be nice too, but i'm kinda used too my crooked snaggley teeth. i wanna keep my nipper fangs.

maria you have great boobs, keep them that way! and as for braces, if you have the money and confidence for them i say definately do them!! straight teeth looks and prob feels amazing. i want to get braces, but one i dont have the self confidence to rock the braces and second it costs an arm and a leg. but then again wouldn't most girls want better boobs.. i know i do.

As far as looks go.. are you really going to feel good about yourself knowing that the only reason people think your hot is because you had cosmetic surgery. Unless you do the surgery yourself, its nothing to be proud of.

However sometimes dental surgery or braces are required because if your teeth are comming in funny they can cause alot of pain and headaches. Then its not so much cosmetic surgery as it is correcting a problem, and a bonus is, it looks better once its done.

good implants tend to cost around 7k and upwards now, plus count on spending money on upkeep every 10 years or so. they're an investment.

k well alot of girlz at my skool get it done and its not to impress no grade 11s that fo sure. girlz actually get titjobs sometimes to boast they're self estem, not to impress grade 11s

How is that even a question? Breast implants are apparently soo much work and most guys dont care about those. Plus if something went wrong with them and u had to take them out its a waste of money.
