It's a secret.. Network Technicians just have to touch them and say "increase fragmentation time... and thou shalt on MSN be..." and you'll be good. :p

i'd like to say that rawb was on standby, ready to bail us out if we screwed up.
i think just being around someone of his internet stature helped a lot. put us at ease, let us be more 'loose' around the router. thanks rawb.
