no.. shit!

I use to try and lucid dream yearssssss ago, especially when I had a sleep disorder in high school. I really enjoyed it, and felt more relaxed when I would awake after having some, not to mention my attention was sharper throughout the day.

I started getting a few lucid precognitive dreams the more frequently I tried to lucid dream though...

If you don't know what it is, their are a few namess for it: ambient, active dreaming etc.. It's where you become aware of a dream, because of an element or object isn't matching a surrounding your familiar in reality with.

IE: your dreaming your in your room, and there is a poster on your wall that you don't have in reality, so you become lucid in the dream because of the precognitive element in the room.

Days, Months, Years later, this may become a deja vu element, because you had dreamt it. For example you got that poster as a birthday present a few months later and put it up on your wall, in the exact location, and realised you had seen that in a dream. I found, I frequently got faces and logos / emblems that I would see develope in my reality later.

Does it mean anything? who knows... it's just a trip anyways.

If anyone wants to talk sleep paralysis... damn that's a journey and a half! =)

Life Is A Lucid Dream.

After My Dad Died I'd See Him In Dreams And It Would Make Me Realize Hes Dead And This Is A Dream So Now Its An Automatic Trigger For Lucidity, As Soon As I See Him I Gain Full Control, I'll Fly, Float Fight, Fuck Whatever I Want But After Time I Know Try To Create Nothing Pure Nothingness, Nirvana, Its Very Hard And Is Something Ive Been Tryin To Do For Years, Don't Think Dreaming Is Something Easily Understood, Ive Had Dreams That Have Lasted Eternity Thinking Ive Died And Cannot Comeback, It Was Only After I Accepted Death That I Woke Up.

There are several case studies on the subject, just search online for precognitive lucid dreams, ambient and active.. kind of neat stuff.

I think all of it links up to conciousness, and the pursuite of. Astral journeys, meditation, sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming... most likely all the same realm. Just changing channels in your mind ;).
