IS BLEEDING LIKE HELL! any one else have one? any advice for me? I just got it done this morning, and it would look cool if it didn't have blood caked all over it.

wow dude thats alotta Blood! Yickes
If u have sea salt that works well to clean any piercing, try using a q-tip to clean that bottom part of ur ear, and then try cleaning around the 2 holes of ur piercings.. when u jus get a piercing done you want that little crusty blood part around the hole (for now), because its sealing up the hole where the blood is trying to come out of , also its trying to heal. so for now dont really tamper with it, jus give it a gentle clean, should be better by tomorrow...have fun sleeping with it lol |

i used epson salt for my nose, worked like a charm but that would probably be even harder to find in japan. here they usually come in what look like small milk cartons if thats any help.
i dont know if this can apply to you either but polysporn worked wonders for myself as well. |

my industrial heeled in like 2 weeks..thank god.
ok first off..HAIR UP IN THE PONY TAIL ASAP. get a qtip and put some anti bacterial soup on it..wet ita nd just clean off the crustys. if u have any..go buy some epson salt put it in hot water and soak ure ear in it for a few mins. do the qtip thing twice a day or whenever u start bleeding. clean clean clean. and no sleeping on that side of ure head. |

Contact solution also works!!! I know it sounds crazy, but when my industrial got inflammed after a run-in with a careless hairdresser, I started using tea tree oil... That didn't really help much, and a guy at a piercing place said it just doesn't work for everyone, and to use contact solution. He said, "hey, if it's gentle enough to use on eyes...". It's been working fabulously, and should be easier to find overseas.
So twice a day (morning and night) or really crusty times in between use a q-tip soaked with WARM/HOT water... remove crusties GENTLY and then pour on some contact solution. Just pour it on, don't bother with a q-tip. |

Putting pepper on a cut will scab it and stop the bleeding instantly. Barely burns and it also disinfects. I learned this in a mens healthy magazine once.
I sliced my thumb pretty deep at my last job and it wouldn't stop bleeding, so i put plain black pepper on it, and it scabbed and stopped the bleeding AND it didn't get infected or anything. Tried and True. |

Wow the piercing is looking good...Besides the blood...I have wanted to get my industrial done for awhile and I think I will stick to what mikey said to get 2 seperate piercings...That probably would have been way easier...And not as painful...The piercing you have there looks like it possibly would be causing quite a bit of pain...I say use some epson salt...:y: Looking good though...

thanks for all the tips guys. I figured contact solution would be alrite to use. Glad to hear that others have tried it too.
Mikey, I don't think it would be a good idea to get each piercing done seprately, because all the angles are measured and such. Just wouldn't b a good idea. |

Oh contact solution is def alrite. And Mikey has a point. Sure it takes a piercer with half a brain, but you'd be much better off with two pieces of hardware for your piercings until it heals. Trust. You will bump one side an both will end up hurting since they're connected. It's a bitch. But... See how it goes. I've nearly switched to two pieces of hardware MANY times as flareups have occured. |
