its all about water before you go to bed..I drink about 4-5 big glasses of water..even if i feel really bloated...and when I wake up I honestly feel fine...its all about remembering to actually do it though cuz if not your fucked..if you do wake up being really hungover..I usually eat really greasy food...drink lots of water..take two tylenols and go back to bed..but sometimes all that fails and I just puke all day.(uggh)

I have a post drinking ritual
1) Eat a mcdonalds cheeseburger 2) Take a tylenol 3 or gravol 3) Drink alot of water 4) Go to sleep 5) Wake up 6) Eat greasy food And if that still doesnt help me in the morning.. I take some more gravol, lie on my back with a cold cloth on my forehead and breath deeply! Im the worst puker ever.. I always cry. EVERYTIME. I am totally one of those call your mom and cry too. =X |

Slam some water, smoke a joint and have a cig.. then finish it off with a discustingly large and unhealthy meal from mcdicks
I try to slam about 5 glasses of water before ko'ing if at all possible... I can usually wake up feeling decent. I sure miss those golden days of drinking alllll night and not feelin like shit the next day though.. |
