Holy crap.... it's actually happened. I'm happy, scared, excited, nervous all at the same time! The worst is I have to wait a year and a half to move in, although I get to watch it being built which is pretty neat. All new stainless steel appliances, pretty cool amenities available. 5 min away from where I live right now....

I have a Soho D suite layout at the back of the middle building on the 2nd floor. 2bed/2bath 848 sq/f. Holy hell.... I'M A HOMEOWNER..... wow!!!

Thanks! It's all came together so quickly that I'm quite literally still in shock over the whole thing!!!! I wish the website showed some pics of the showroom with all the colors and what not.... this place is unreal!

wooho shawn thats great.
just remember...when they say it will be ready one date...it usually ends up being 6 months later. My brother bought one last year to be ready beginning of jan '05. He is finally getting possession june 1!

sometimes i wonder if i'm being stupid in spending my funds traveling as opposed to putting a downpayment on a home, especially considering trends in real estate in the lower mainland. :S
