Well, there's four katakana characters and some kanji - the kanji I can't read, and the stuff on the flag is the same as the stuff on the right at the bottom. The stuff on the bottom at the left reads:

me ru
ho nu

I don't know what that means. Is it read top-down? Right-left? Who knows? It's in katakana, which usually means that it's an 'adopted word' from another language, but 'meruhon' doesn't mean anything to me, nor does 'mehorun'...
