unless i was gonna make alot of money from it, i don't think i'd dedicate 500hrs with my mouse trying to draw something like that

i doubt he did it with his mouse..

there is a special board and pen that you can draw with that you can hook up to your comp.. kinda like your mouse and keyboard.. just a pen and pad

but if he did do it with his mouse, thats crazy!

I dunno... I am kinda skeptical on whether he did it in MS Paint... just seems so fake for that purpose.
