i am in a beer league team and i follow baseball to an extent, but since my team blows for the last three. *mariners* i don't follow it as much. Man what happened 2001 everything is well than on back to the celler.
but i have always loved boxing and since this month is a treat with a good fight every week culminating with GATTI vs MAYWEATHER. I can't go wrong |

Love playing, love watching. I simply love the game.
I miss it so much since I can't play anymore. Sometimes I get sad watching it, but on the other hand, it's one of the games I get more hyped up about. Since I don't hang out with any girls from ball anymore, I don't really go out and watch games anymore. Wanna change that Ashlee? I'm a really fun date who looooves a good game. Just name a time + place. |

NASCAR
Watching cars race around a oval really, really fast!! Can you imagine anything more exciting??? Seriously I can't wait for my next Lions game! I want to beat my time last year of 15 minutes. That's how long it took until we were kicked out...WOOOOOOOOO good times being a drunk ass! >=] YiP |

I'm down with baseball once the games start to mean something. The playoffs can be totally entertaining, as each game contains stratigizing on the level of competitive chess.
The first 140 or so games of the regular season?... *yaaawn* While we're ranking sports in order of descending viewing enjoyment.... 1) Hockey 2) Boxing 3) Soccer 4) NFL 5) NBA (similar to baseball, only interested in key games.. beats baseball because of much higher athleticism) 6) CFL (sometimes entertaining, but mostly because weak ass defense allows for multiple 70 yard plays..) 193) Curling Hockey is clinging to its top spot out of nostalgia.. The aftershock of the Canucks' 93-94 run still lingers to this day. Also, the Canucks/Blues 7 game series a couple of years back remains the most thrilling live sports experience of my life, with Game 7 being the most transcendent live game I've seen. But moments like these have been few and far between, whereas boxing has offered up tons of quality entertainment, as long as one steers clear of the heavyweight division.. and soccer blessed us with Euro 2004, and an amazing Champions League final this year. Add to that the ongoing labor negotiation nonsense, and hockey's position at #1 is tenuous at best. Quote:
Hatton/Tszyu tonight! |

baseball's one of my favs!
i head to boston every summer to visit family and we also hit up a Red Sox game (favourite team since i was a kid). this year we're stopping by new york as well, so i'll be able to see a yankee and a red sox game this summer. i saw the red sox play the yankees like 5 years ago (maybe more actually) and the crowd at fenway went nuts. they chant 'yankees suck' even if they're playing baltimore or some other team. it's hilarious. selling 'yankees suck, jeter swallows' t-shirts outside of the stadium. |

I meant there are three good junior welterweight fights this month,. Cotto and Abduliv or however you spell his name tonight at 2am in manchester Kostya Tzsyu vs Ricky Hatton and my favorite Mayweather and Gatti. < - can't wait |

Ah I see. Don't know much about Cotto, but I've heard good things.
Just found out Antonio Tarver / Glencoffe Johnson II is on the 18th! Who knew? Hopefully my boy Tarver can step it up this time around and use his superior skills to take it. He could have won the previous fight with a better work ethic. |
