u have to identify how you respond to weight training. do you grow muscle faster by switching up routines, or keeping it the same, or in the middle?
definitely taking protein shakes is a must. 5 meals a day ...1-2 of them shakes is fine. definitely want to stick to freeweights with a little bit of machine here and there. make sure you include lots of bench presses, squats and bent over rows (the 3 best exercises for gaining mass.) u said you work out everyday? not good. the only way you'll build mass is to let your body recover. 5 days a week tops. also, the longer you work out, the better ajusted your body will become to weight training. this means you need to work it harder, and try different exercises to shock your body into growth. your muscles should be sore after almost every workout. intensity is another key. i hate those posers that sit on there cell phone for 10 minutes in between sets and thinking they're getting somewhere. 1 minutes breaks max. so crucial. you've gotta be intense. always push yourself to do more then you expect yourself to do. GET ARNIES ENCYLOPEDIA OF WEIGHT TRAINING. written in the 70's and still full of great advice. you'll never run out of exercises after you get this book. also to whoever said that its impossible to gain 20 pounds of muscle quickly....i gained 20 pounds of muscle in the first month of working out so its totally possible. ps creatine in my experience is baaad. sure it increases your stamina and whatnot, but as soon as you get off of it, you go back to where you were before (or close to it.) stay away from that shit. |

haha well, this is good advice, keep it comming guys.
personally im a really skinny guy, eat 10 times a day and have 3% body fat, so all i have to do is work my ass off, i just push myself as hard as i can go everyday, seems to work for me lol |

there are hundreds of different types of juice that all have different side effects and benifits, ir your worried about ur nuts shrinking just take roids that dont shut down ur bodies natural test production (theres lots of them out there) that side effect is not even a problem anyways you NEVER EVER take juice with out proper post cycle therapy, like clomid and nolvadex/armidex.
