being exhausted...
.. at the end of the first week of this cardio-core boot camp im doing.
its making it so i dont want to sit down cause then ill pass out. its awesome and is helping getting my sleep pattern back to a normal place. im sore in places that i didnt know contained muscles.
it feels good in that "im improving my physical and mental well being."
i highly recommend it to anyone wanting a different environment and approach to working out - its all outdoors and includes yoga, pilates, aroebics and whole lotta running.
