But it will also know no different... and no doubt will receive a lot more help/attention than if it had one face. We don't know how things are internally so it's difficult for us to argue what problems it may have, but you don't need to be able to see or smell to live.
I just thinking feeling sad for everyone/thing that's different or may encounter problems is any easy way for one to cleanse their conscious. They feel sad and then move on. I'd rather look at ways to better their life, make things easier (if they are difficult) etc.
I dunno, I guess look at it as how I would feel. If I had two faces I would not want people feeling sorry or sad for me.
