tips on representing yourself in court?
you can't get legal aid unless the prosecuter wants to give you jail time. when you go to respresent yourself in court can you ask the just for legal aid and get around that at all or is that the rule.

it's easy to represent yourself in court, i testified in a case where someone was disputing a fine for hitting a pedestrian...
the only reccomendation i can make is to really strongly educate yourself on the act that you are disputing because that is what I've seen lawyers nab disputees on a few times. |
