I just bought some Vancouver property, moving over next summer when its built.

Just outside pit meadows on a new development next to the fraser river.

we wanted to live closer to the city but its so fucking expensive for a tiny place ,out this way we where able to afford a 3 level town house. also WAY nicer than anything i could afford in the UK for sure.

It's a nice suburb.

Wouldn't work for me personally; but that's why I'm not buying there.

=P

It's a nice area though, you'll enjoy.

Personally I've been looking at the electric avenue building going in at burrard and smithe.

It would take some serious family finnageling though.

I just bought a place up on Westwood Plateau in Coquitlam..... not really that far from where you bought. Obviously more exciting for you seeing as you're moving here from another country!!

pit meadows is a little ways away from van...I'm trying to buy a house in mape ridge with acreage just off 240th st right now..theres no way I could afford this property in the city...

but when theres no traffic 25 minutes should do it :D

it usually takes me 35-45 minutes to drive from the coq/bby border to ubc with no traffic.

you must drive that z28 like a maniac hahaha!
