i do an hour of cardio 5days a week at 8am. my trick wake up at 6:45 drop 3 extreme ripped fuel (or whatever you prefer) go back to bed for 45min wake up feeling tweaked right out and rdy to dominate shit.
Its almost 11 and im at work bouncin off the walls still :) |

"Ripped Fuel" - hmmm interesting. My brkfst is usually a bowl of Red River, a banana, OJ, & green tea but maybe less carbo, more protein would be better

P.S cardio before you eat anything is best, also when cutting stop drinking juice and if ur doin the oatmeal thing i would cutt that out too. After cardio i have a 100+gram protien 15gram carb 8gram fat shake for breakfast. then its steak and steamed veggies for lunch at noon snack at 4 and after 2nd workout/supper at 6, then eggs and peanutt butter toast with whole weat toast and natural peanutt butter for snack then 50gram protien shake before bed. This is my summer time diet, in 14 weeks of doin this ive cutt 27lbs of winter bulk. |
