Okay, skipped through it a little, but I like it quite a bit. Mixing was good for the most part, bonuses for nice long mixes, but you had some beatmatching issues that you'd probably want to deal with before actually mastering this.

As for the tracks:

1. Missed Beat - I don't like this track much, but it sets the tone for what's to come, which is what a starter track should usually do.
2. Souvenir de Chine - Little over the top for the 2nd track IMO.
3. Step Back (blue sky mix) - excellent choice, my fav remix too.
4. Appears (Armin Sunset Dub) - one of my favourite tracks. Do you have this on vinyl? If so, where the fuck did you get it? =) My only qualm is that it's a little too pitched up.
5. Rapture (riva) - Tune of the year for many, can't go wrong with it.
6. Never look back - another tune I consider a little over the top. Good mix into this one though.
7. Dreamland - great tune, good mix into it.
8. Not sure what this track is, very '99-esque, hehe. A little over the top again IMO.
9. Don't know this track either. Flows nicely after the previous one, but redo the mix into it. Some beatmatching issues and then a levelling problem when the beat drops from track 8.
10. What is this track? I love it. It comes in a little too loudly but overall really good. I really like the way minor keys are used in the buildup, awesome synths. Over-the-top-Euro at it's finest =)
11. Ich Will - This isn't my favourite remix, but it's nice and banging.
12. Ghosts - classic. I personally prefer the original mix though.


Great work with this mix. Personally I think you should replace tracks 1, 2, 8 and 10 and re-order it a little. As a whole I like it quite a bit, nice to hear some up-to-date trance for a change around here.

If you did this mix on vinyl then toss me a PM. I'd like to know where you picked up Ayu - Appears, and wouldn't mind an ID on tracks 9 and 10.

The Ayumi Hamasaki track is a promo. I'll get back to you on those other tracks, and I made this mix back in december and I can't remember the track list for it :)
and yeah tons of beatmatching problems, I have broken monitors. and they cut out a lot
