I know, and then it beeped as if it had gone to answering machine, but there was no message on the machine before it beeped.. so weird... I will keep trying though :)

haha I find that odd, vcr's and answering machines are practically ancient, everyone knows how to work 'em .... even my grandparents =P

LOL sounds like my other nana, we gave her a cordless phone once and she ended up giving it back becasue she could never figure out how to answer it...even though we showed her numerous times. I would hate to see her trying to work a cell phone haha.

I am going to try reaching that place again so I can get those reservations... had no luck yesterday. stupid ppl not knowing how to work their stupid answering machines haha.
