And keep in mind this grill has been used many times....this is after a few servings...
at the start of the day it is very clean...

I've only been to the one in whistler... they were tossing all the scoopers and chopper thingies up in the air while they were cooking the food... very professional. My sister was 5 or 6 when my family last went and all she wanted the guy to cook was a couple noodles w/o sauce or anything else so it kept on sticking to the grill and the chef was cursing...
but yeah, its a good place
