I don't know, I've had my full chart done and when everything is taken into consideration things get a lot less vague and make a lot more sense.

Mah Lo, I can tell you that a taurus like me and an aries like you aren't destined to get along very well, but we do, and that could possibly mean you have some other stuff in your birthchart that might be compatible with mine (or it could all be bullshit!). I know that I really, really do not have a good history with people born under Aries.

Oh, and when I say your birthchart I mean taking into consideration your rising sign as well. You have a rising sign that is supposed to mold a lot of your personality and how other people see you.

Like me, I'm a Taurus with a Scorpio rising. (rising sign calculated by time of birth btw)


as per combinations of people you should get along with, its weird because when I found out what kinds of people I'm supposed to really mesh well with and not mesh well with, when I looked back on a lot of the relations (friendship, professionally, personally) with others, in some cases it has been true.

Well you would be suprised to take an astro perspective on your life and see the resemblence of the signs in your life.

It is not ment to be taken tooo seriously but it is something to consider and have fun with.

Certain signs are ment to relate to you in different ways, in terms of sucess, friendship, love and career.

As an aries you have an opposite sign, which can either be a very good connection or a totally akward one. Generally, you are ment to get along with people in your element of fire like, sag's, other aries (or not..same signs are variables...but in my experience can see eye to eye) Aries are also very compatible with Gemminis, even just as friends this is a lovely compaionship. Aries and Leos are also great together. Water signs like pisces make good frienships with aries...and other air signs call also work; but like my woman said, your chart will be the real indication of what signs work for you and what signs are domminate in your chart...determining the elements is always really interesting.

Aries and Pisces are generally not ment to be together in that way, but i could see how it works. Tell this girl to give you a chance and stop making judgments, she is being a hypocrite as she is stubborn in her train of thought. Aries key word is the self, they protect themselves from getting hurt and are very careful about who they share their emotions with if anything. They can be very impuslive people who need to have the control and are often not in serious relationships because it does not always suit their needs. While sex is important intamacy is not something an aries can commit to easily, while a pisces needs intamacy to breath. They may appear weak but inside a fish girl is really strong. And while she will drive guys crazy with her fem. qualities and girly essence, she can be prone to escaping herself which keeps her for being apart of the good. Aries could be a strong man for a fish lady...but the lack of emotional connection and the difference in how they each exspress themselves could be the breaker. In terms of friendship this can work and maybe grow, fish will listen to the ram and will be patient and understanding when he fires up or needs to vent. Fish will also be a fun combo with the aries, they can get into a lot of exciting danger together.

i learned in my astronomy class that because the earth wobbles in its rotation (like a spinning top does) that the astrological signs have actually moved one sign over since they were first created. so we should all be looking at the signs one over from the one we were told we were...unless you're going by where they were in the sky when a couple hundred (thousand?) years ago.

However, it all stems from the ground assumption that I know nothing.

A crash course on divination: All it is is a bunch of good advice (I don't buy the "you work well with this sign" theory at all). As long as you let the good advice be picked on some form of discord or just some arbitrary assortment of the universe (i.e. arrangement of the stars) the pertinent advice comes to light.

Same goes for Tarot. The form of discord it chooses is shuffling the cards and the arbitrary is how you read the spread.

sun: gemini
moon: capricorn
rising: leo
crowning: aries

Works for me. My drama whore-ness gets me places in life (leo rising) and I'm forever looking for my opposite (gemini sun), and my biggest impediment is my inability to buckle down and just do the fucking work already (moon capricorn).

I like Georgia Nicols for horoscopes. She's got a lot of good stuff figured out. I first discovered her through Victoria's Monday Magazine and she does also have her horoscopes in The Province (on the only page worth reading in that paper, really).

Astrology doesn't so much teach you your personality type (which is entirely a psychology thing) as it does what your challenges will be, how you look at the world, and what drives you in life.

i just singed up for free daily horoscope at astroceter.com and OHH my.. some of the stuff they send me its like WTF?? sooo true!

as far as my horoscope (for example) says that i do get along with Gemini but it will never work out as a relationship. been there.. tried it.. didn’t work!

ones u actually do more research on horoscopes.. etc.. its all about stars and planets, u understand it more and what effects it has on u... (moods, environment, etc)
