relaxing days...
...such as yesterday. Took the day of work, went to the gym in our building for a nice workout (just some cardio to get the blood flowing), hit the pool/hot tub practically all day long, had a nice healthy veggie salad&fruit salad for dinner, and then relaxed at home watching a cheesy movie in the evening. Even though today I feel super sick, yesterday was so worth it and it felt great. I don't even mind being at work right now because of it even though I feel pretty sickly today. I Can't wait to hit the gym and pool again tonight because I know it will make me feel better again and help me relax and have a great sleep. :Star:
