1. when the hell did you move to squamish?
2. microwave dinners (if you dont have time and hate cleaning dishes) 3. soup, sandwiches, stirfries, pasta (its what I consider a beginers first made meals. Get those done and then you can move up) good luck! |

Corn Beef Hash:
1. Potatoe's ( P-oh-teh-toe's) 2. 1 onion (juan-on-yawn) 3. Corn Beef ( Cuh-whore-n-bee-f) -Ok so... pretty much what you wanna do is cook and then mash the potatoe's without any butter or milk. -Chop onion.... watch fingers.... don't cry... wuss.... - Remove full can of corn beef as well as chop onion and mix in (mashing motion) into the already mashed potatoe's and VOILA!!!!!!! Use ketchup while eating..... Excellent and filling meal with no strings attached!!!!!!! |

Plain Chicken Breasts from M&M Meats! They're the best because then you can choose what you want to season them with. As long as you know how to work a BBQ, it should be all good.
Breakfast Burritos are awesome, too! So much better than the fast food ones. Just scramble up some eggs and then throw in some bacon (turkey bacon is what I use), Frank's Red Hot, lettuce, cheese and maybe some mayo. I use whole grain wraps for mine. Pasta is simple and so good. Best thing is to go and pick up some cook books. |

For easy and healthy I find stews to be the best, just grab a big pot and chop up a whole wack load of vegies and throw them in and slow cook 'em, oh forgot to mention the meat, cook the meat before adding the vegies (in the same pot to save on dishes) so as not to get food poisoning. I ussually put the pot on the stove right before I go to bed so it can slow cook all night. You might wanna add a little bit of water (fill to about 1/4 of the pot) while cooking and after you can add a bit of flour to thicken it up. Season to taste, enjoy with bread and lotsa butter |
