and also why do i need to cite past failures of occupations? you sound like you know about all that plus you don't agree with occupations so what am i trying to convince you of? something you already know?

i'm trying to stimulate a conversation about how to help countries in the future without resorting to the mistakes that have been made in the past. but you just keep head-butting with me.
