I'm working on a show that involves angels.

Hangin' out on the props truck, I happen to read this quote, on the msg board.

I thought it was hilarious!!!

Seems the props asst. found this site while doing research in prep for the show. She printed out the above paragraph for a bunch of people in the office.

I googled the first few words and found the site that it came from and absolutely bust a gut laughing!

It's not so much the subject matter, but, the _way_ the author has written it.

I believe in Angels, Archangels, Demons, and other Godforms.... simply because we make them real in our mind's eye.

Why not draw from them as inspirations? Just understand why you're drawing from. Makes no sense to invoke Archangel Michael if you don't know why, yeah?

(Michael is for inspiration and drive, btw)

Lucifer and all his minions were amongst the choirs of Angels serving God until Lucifer coordinated his rebellion.

Angels aren't necessarily Good. Even the Good ones.

I agree wholeheartedly. Now esoteric got it half right, angel is actually 2 latin words in one, Ang - meaning messenger of; and El - meaning god. That's why it was the Elohim in the bible, that's why when you get on top of an Elevator you go in the direction of the heavens and become one of the elite.

You also made mention that these beings exists because we can think them up. You are right, in occultism this is referred to as thoughtforms. You can envoke anything in the universe this way as long as the intent and union of the will and subconcious reside in harmony.
