Um, Value Village. Look through the guys shirts I'm sure you'll find a Joe nametag, and you can always take it off that and resew it. :)

make them!
its really easy to take apart scissors if you have a drill. just drill right where the screw is connecting the two peices and they'l break apart, (last year at art school i was given over 1000 scissors and told to make something out of them.) its easy to dull them down so you dont hurt yourself, just file them. plus then you'd be true to the character - he had to make his own hands too.
