EGG NOG Serves: 2-3

3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
dash salt

Beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy.
Beat in the sugar and salt slowly.
Beat in vanilla and stir in milk.

Sneaky tip: For a guest who's had enough but insists on one more - this mix is rich enough that you might be able to fool him/her with some rum flavouring.

Home made eggnog is the shit but it has a definite taste difference from store bought stuff. Either way they're both yummy.

Just a bit of the store bought stuff in your coffee in the morning is great!

I went to the store the other day and they had egg nog out...I thought that was only a christmas thing....who knows...maybe they plan to make it an all year deal now.

I try not to offer Rum and Ass to too many Ladies at Christmas Parties but sometimes after a couple of those I don't follow that too well.
