Bridge Piercings?

I just got mine done.. and it seemes a little off center and i'm a Total freak about even piercings.....the guy who did it said it was cuz of swelling. and that when i down sized it it should even out.. anyone else got this piercings and had it crooked?

I would think that if it was swelling it'd still be even because the swelling would be on both sides. Maybe it was pierced crooked a bit. But wait til the "Swelling" goes down, then you can check and see if the piercer is right? I don't know...Seems like it should still be straight, even if it has a bit of swelling.

I mean.. its only off by a mm IF that... and i've slowly been pushing it up a bit... er.. i hope it starts to even out.

swelling isnt an exact thing you dig. Sometimes the swelling will be more pronounced on the side of where the needle first came out, as comperativley it can be more of a "trauma" then the initial entry point. I dont have a bridge, but my last piercing(septum) seemed a tad crooked initially and i gave jody at anatomic her fair share of worried "is it gonna be ok!?" "does it look crooked!?" hahaha!

NO FREAKING OUT ALLOWED!! after a piercing, there must be positive vibes, that warm fuzzy feeling of new metal in your body, and some zen calmness-ya dig. Think on it- your a tad heavier(in a good way) and all the more beautiful inside and out! No worries hun, itll all straighten out(literally)

hehe the zen of needles

I always found tattoos to be a much more calming zen experence.

its getting better :) hehe .. I thought it was going to be sooo bad.. but every hour it looks a little less .. wrong!

I wish i could feel zen about getting my septum again.

first two septums REJECTED! pierced RIGHT though the hard part of the nose.. not the right part.. at TXink.

AND now i'm in Wales(uk) and my friend jon's piercer is awesome possem. he has septum clamps and everything!
