...because if it weren't for the crackdown on the clutching, grabbing, holding, etc...then Richard Park would stand no chance out there. Mr. Park is a speedy and creative, hard working puck handler, and because the game is now focussed on speed and puck handling skills, it allows the fast and smaller players to blossum. I think we should have given Steve Kariya another shot in the Vancouver lineup...too bad so sad he's gone :mexitoke:

Steve Kariya was fast but he was weak, as in he had a weak shot whereas park has a good accurate wrist shot.

but i agree you notice all the around the league teams with good skaters are for most part doing very well i.e: minnesota and of coarse a perfect 5-0 Nashville team with Paul Kariya

i think paul kariya is one of the players not too many ppl considered pickin up durring the hockey pool. considering hes injury prone, weak past two seasons etc. but now the goto guy and like the last you said amazing with the new rule changes is a amazing pick up.

ps new rules fianly give asians a chance in the nhl!
