Fashion Q's!?

I was talking to stabymyhead last night @ The Met and since she was into fashion...I asked her what was in/out these day's...

I haven't really done any shopping in a while so I'm pretty clueless...

BUT...Is PINK not in anymore for guy's? I know in the Summer it was like Pink was the NEW black...But has it died down now?

Pink in my most humble opinion has never been an option for Males except in 80's TV Shows.

pink was huge like 2 years ago...now its that intense green...not lime not drak dark but right in the middle...i love it tho......then of course you have the new dress shirts over a tee and jeans with the tears in it with with adidas shell toes or some preppy casual shoes...spiky straked hair and your set...that of course is the trend model.......woman long in short shirts with cowgirl boots...cowboy look is really in....but it always comes back slightly altered every 4 years i find as someone who worked as management in the fashion industry for 7 years:)

the way i see it, if you're able to describe exactly what "style" you are, you may have a sense of fashion but you dont have any style

pink on guys should definately be an occasional thing. if you wear it too often it becomes tacky

i think whats hot now (or probably has been for the last little while) are colors. specifically attention to all the different shades/hues that can be used for essentials like tees

exactly confidence is key. bboys/ bgirls in my opinion have the best style. they're no slaves to fashion but still look trendy

It all depends on what you define as "hip and trendy"... I've seen some "B-Boys" that look like Goofs in my opinion.

IMO, pink is not "not in" for guys; the whole fad that every guy should wear pink has died down. I still wear pink. Don't let "fashion trends" dictate what you wear.

I think there are a lot of different styles that are very fashionable. There are just universal faux-pas, like wearing a dressy button up shirt with track pants, or socks with sandals haha, etc.

hey ive been picked up before, and purple is the new pink :) and pinks still sweet, and pinstriped are still in but now things are going earth tones with rbight colours. or pastels are comming back, wanna know what we are gonna be wearing in 5-10 years, just look at how kids dress in england :)

collars are still winners :)
