Yeah, went to check them out, and found this NOTE, it may not be new, but its new to me. Im not trying to start any flame wars here, or anything, so keep it clean. Just curious what it means? Sounds like they are in some trouble, or what?

i think the note pertains to the fact that the upcomming party "Freedom" has LoungeX displayed on the flyer when loungex really has nothing to do with this party at all

Al is rather upset that his name was used on an up coming party.
He is not affilated with this party what so ever. They didn't ask his permission to use his name "loungex" to help promote the party.

So this is why he posted that note. To show his concern.

Al has every right to take legal action if he wishes, all stuffs pertaining to LX are copyrighted and are protected by such laws.

Where the hell do you get your reasoning from?

If the party gets bad reviews, then LX will be associated with that, even though they had nothing to do with the party. Is that justified? I think fucking well not. This is especially so since the name most likely appears on there to gain credibility and therefore, ticket sales.

Point is, they have no right to do it for extra revenue...
