So many job choices!

To start off with... i dropped my resume off at the Ramada hotel and didn't expect a call really cus i have no experience... Then they called and gave me an interview over the phone and right after asked if i could come in right away. Now i have a second interview on Saturday to learn how to use the computers. I'd be working front end if i get the job and the hours would be from 3pm-11pm. I really hope that i get it cus i wanna work in the tourism industry.

Then i got hired by walking in and seeing if i could leave my resume at Valley Traffic Control and i start there on Monday. It's only 10.40 or something to start but its Union so my wage will go up.

Just a few minutes ago.. i got a call from a different traffic control company and they want to hire me for 12.30 or something an hour and want me to come in on Monday. I'm thinkin that I'll take this job for now.

What a great feeling :)

I applied at safeway they said that they would phone me.
Sears does pay more but it's just a seasonal job...hopefully they'll keep some people after and I will be one of them.

Woot. Way to go Margie honey! :)
Tourism jobs can be quite great. Lots of networking can be done, and you get tips (depending on what you do).

i hear that.
it's so cold at the track because we're right by the water, we get those horrible freezing winds. and we're stabled in an open barn, oh man it sucks sometimes.
when i get stuck walking a horse to cool it out i usualy wrap myself in a horse cooler looking like an idiot, but a WARM idiot.
