ideas for a "better" rave

what are some of the changes to make a rave better??

here are some of my ideas:

1) have "glow-in-the-dark" posters on wall, adding a black light on the side or bottom for better lighting effects / decorations

example:



2) have small benches on the side, for people to sit down and not sitting on nasty floor filled with bottles, gum, cig, etc.


3) have MORE (5x) garbage cans around (at least this will keep less junk on the floor)


4) have those big fans (3x) with windows/doors open to keep the ventilation cool


5) have the janitor clean/check up the washroom at least every hr

good ideas.....but the windows open would let the sound escape thus leading to noise violations, the janitor would cost extra money......if you've ever stayed till the end of a ravve you'd see that it is ussually the promoter who cleans up

1) the posters featured above are usually at psy parties.
i highly doubt you'd find them at a breaks/house event.
2)most events DO have benches or seats... so i dont know what you are talkin about
3)garbage cans are usually provided by the venue. more could be brought yes, but then again, that is what the VENUE is for.
4)windows/doors open let noise out, and random people who havent paid in.
5)fans are expensive, draw power, get damaged easily and when people are hot and sweating from being on E/dancing/whatever, its better to keep the body warm then cold. you get sick really easily when you sweat and have cold air blowing on you.

you know when you go to the pne in the summer and there are those "cool zones" you can walk through that mists you, usually they're sponsered by coca cola or something. well...i'm not sure how that would work at in indoor rave, but that would be a pretty rad thing to have at one, as it would cool people off that are feeling overheated, and generally would just feel cool to walk through when tripping.

if you want to see "glow in the dark" posters and what not you might as well go at organix friday nights at club 23 west. Its a psy-goa trance venue that I hear is chill.... infact I plan on going there this friday...

Iv heard of this and I really want to cheak it out. Alas I dont believe I will have any time ti beofre I move to whistler... but you never know. I love goa& psy
