wierd - in australia, egg nog is just another flavored milk, like strawberry or coffee or chocolate or whatever

you can buy it at gas stations and everything, any time of year

and no one ever mixes it with rum - see i never knew what i was missing out on, but christmas will never be the same again

here is something yummy to try for those you drink Protein shakes

in a blender, one big scoop of vanilla protein powder, ice, 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 cup egg nog, blend up. Sprinkle with some nutmeg.

So good!
