moving to ontario

got a job offer, it is very tempting, is there neone here from or has been to ontario?, whats it like?

less temperate. and toronto looks like a typical city in SoCal with everything built on highways.

lived there for a wee bit when i was younger. and visited their all the time. if its a good job i'd take it. its nice to get away from stuff... and plus you'd get to see erik! thats worth the trip in itself:)

I've never lived there myself but do have family and friends there. It gets much colder is all I know. Some help I am hey? lol

They have lots of DNB shows and hip hop shows. It's closer to Montreal which apparently has a killer nightlife. Erik and Andrew are living out there now.

Yep, I made it home. :) Everything is so-so. I hate traveling alone, I ended up thinking too much. lol

I was there for a while, fucking hated it. cold as shit in the winter. hot and humid in the summer. polluted. 14 lanes of traffic, no one going anywhere. flat and shitty. tim hortons everywhere. really sprawling. and ugly.
but there is good food! a lot to do if you like to be indoors. that's not moi. The mountain biking there is 6 hours away and shitty. the skiing there is 6 hours away and shitty. no scuba diving. no where to surf! no where to hike!

Depends on what you're into. One of my favorite things was hopping on my bike, riding from mid lonsdale to dowtown over lion's gate bridge, cutting through the park and eventually to work. Or fucking off to Saltspring for the weekend and camping on the beach. or heading out to tofino with some bros and a few surfboards. or heading up to pemberton and going mountain biking. or calling in sick to work and skiing at whistler. That's my lifestyle, I would be hella unhappy if I lived in TO. Just last week this guy was sitting outside my window. I mean, c'mon!
