my friend runs the vending machines for the engineering group at UBC. They have a beer vending machine :)

The weird thing is that Tokyo itself is actually kind of lacking when it comes to vending machines.. there's a million of them, but they tend to just contain pop or water.

Or cold coffee drinks. They're big on those
